Kinter-Phelps awarded at A.B.A. Technical Conference

After over two years of service to the Biscuit and Cracker Manufacturers’ Association (B.&C.M.A.), which as of late converged with the American Bakers Association (A.B.A.), Kathy Kinter-Phelps was awarded at the 2017 Technical Conference, being held Oct. 22-25 in San Antonio.

Ms. Kinter-Phelps resigned from her position at the A.B.A. prior this year.

Joined by Ms. Kinter-Phelps’ significant other, Nelson, and their little girl, Haley, Robb MacKie, president and CEO of the A.B.A. gave Ms. Kinter-Phelps the first-ever Phelps Award. Named after Ms. Kinter-Phelps, who was the secretary of B.&C.M.A’s. governing body and chief of the Cookie Cracker Correspondence Course, the honor will acknowledge the course’s student who reaches the second-higest GPA.
